FARUKKARA.COM (“we”, “us”) operates the WhoTextsMore service at whotextsmore.com. We take your privacy extremely seriously. This policy explains what data we process, what we do not process, and your rights.

1. Core Principle: Your Chat Never Leaves Your Device

WhoTextsMore runs entirely in your browser (client-side). The WhatsApp .txt file you upload is read and analyzed only on your own device. Your chat content is never sent, uploaded or stored on any server. When you close the tab, all of it is gone. We therefore have no access to your messages, contacts or chat text.

2. Data We Do Process

• Usage & connection data: to provide and secure the Service, prevent abuse and improve it, we process event and timing data (page views, analysis run, checkout step) and technical data such as IP address, approximate country, device type, browser, operating system, screen size, language and referrer. This data does not include your chat content. We also use Google Analytics 4 for anonymous traffic measurement.
• Payment data: when you buy Premium, information needed to complete the payment (name, email, amount, order number) is shared with our authorized payment provider. Your full card details (card number, CVV, expiry) are never seen, received or stored by WhoTextsMore; they are handled directly by the payment provider’s secure infrastructure.
• Contact data: if you email us, the information you share is used solely to respond to your request.

3. Cookies

The site may use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality and anonymous traffic measurement (GA4). When you unlock Premium, this is stored only in your device’s local storage (localStorage); no personal profile is created on our servers.

4. Data Sharing

Personal data is shared only with our payment provider to process payments, and with competent authorities where required by law. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for marketing.

5. Your Rights
